The first exhibit session will be Tuesday evening at the reception which will run from 5:30PM to 9:00PM. The reception will include complimentary food and beverages. It will be open to press as well as outside visitors.
The second session will be on Wednesday from 12:00 noon to 2:00PM concurrent with a buffet lunch outside the exhibit hall. The third session will be on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. All three sessions should be opportune time to network with participants of the conference. Wednesday is expected to be a very busy day, with the Executive Roundtable held from 3:30PM to 5:00PM.
Your spot will not be reserved until we receive your payment so please send in payment as soon as possible. This year we are also taking AMEX, VISA and M/C. There is a place on the registration to indicate how you would like to pay for your exhibit space.
We use an outside company which will be assisting us with the reception/exhibits regarding the shipping of your exhibits as well as the actual setup. Once you are registered we will put you in contact with him.

Setup Time: Tuesday June 18, 2002 - 11:00AM Exhibit Space: Approximately 6' Skirted tables, chairs, Identification sign and basic power supply will be provided. There will be pipe and drape dividers between exhibitors. Tricord should be advised of your power requirements before the day of the event. Miscellaneous: The Monday evening reception is open to the public, provided they request complimentary badges ahead of time. We have invited the press, Bay Area VARs, System Integrators, and Network Administrators to attend. Please provide the names of people you are bringing for the Exhibit/Reception.

Exhibitors at Network Storage 2002 will be able to set up displays starting 11:00 am on Tuesday June 18, 2002 The reception/exhibit will run from 5:30PM to 8:30PM on Tuesday with complimentary buffet dinner and beverages. The exhibit will also run Wednesday June 19 from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and from 5:00 to 7:00 pm with a luncheon buffet in the exhibit floor from 12:00PM to 2:00PM, and a cocktail reception from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. All conference attendees are invited as well MIS and management level network administrators from various industries.
Exhibitors are expected to bring their own booth setups. Display areas should be limited to approximately 10' x 8', or 10' x 16'. We will need to know your requirements for tables and electrical power three weeks prior to the event.
Exhibit space is limited so register as soon as possible. Space is reserved on a first come, first serve basis. A room layout will be available so you can request the space you want. The fee for exhibiting is $4,500 for one day, and $5,000 or $7,500 for both days. We must receive payment to reserve your space. Please note that the exhibitor fee does not include attendance to the conference. If you would like to attend the conference please indicate below.
